General Intercessions

First Sunday of Lent — February 21, 2021
That prayer, penance and alms giving will enable more men and women to follow the Holy Spirit as He leads them to discover their vocations in Christ, we pray to the Lord.

Second Sunday of Lent – February 28, 2021
For all our priests, who bring us to the mountain of Christ at every Mass and feed us with His transforming love in the sacraments, and for an increase in vocations to the priesthood and consecrated life, we pray to the Lord.

Third Sunday of Lent — March 7, 2021
For those considering a call to the priesthood, the diaconate or consecrated life, that they will answer the call and proclaim Christ crucified, we pray to the Lord.

Fourth Sunday of Lent – March 14, 2021
Just a Jesus was the light that came into the world, we pray that we may have faithful priests. deacons and consecrated religious to guide. We pray that those who are being called by the Lord to serve as priests, deacons or consecrated religious will hear His call.

Fifth Sunday of Lent – March 21, 2021
For all those being called to the priesthood, diaconate and consecrated life, that they may deepen their faith in Christ who calls them to glorify God in a profoundly personal way through their vocations, we  pray to the Lord.

Palm Sunday of the Lord’s Passion – March 28, 2021
For the faithful response of all men and women called to follow Christ and His passion through a vocation to the priesthood, diaconate or consecrated life, we pray to the Lord.
