Archdiocese of Armagh
A special weekend of Prayer for Vocations to Priesthood will take place in the Archdiocese of Armagh on the weekend of Friday 25 – Sunday 27 March. As we celebrate Mary saying “Yes” to be the Mother of God on the Feast of the Annunciation, we pray that more men will say “Yes” and give of their lives for service as priests.
Prayer for Vocations
O Jesus, send labourers into your fields,
which are awaiting holy apostles, saintly priests,
heroic missionaries and dedicated sisters and brothers.
Enkindle in the hearts of men and women the spark of a vocation.
Grant that Christian families may desire
to give your Church, helpers in the work of tomorrow.
