Bishop Cullinan announces Panel of Speakers for Evangelisation & Vocation Conference

There is a crisis now in priestly vocations, and this crisis is linked to the deeper crises of faith. It is our desire to assemble from around the Country all of those who are passionate about Diocesan Priesthood for a one day conference on Priesthood in a Synodal Church. In the conference we are positioning the issue of vocation within the wider context of Evangelisation.

On 25th April, Archbishop Rino Fisichella, (Pro-Prefect of the Vatican Dicastery for Evangelisation) will address a conference in the Renehan Hall in St. Patrick’s College Maynooth on Priesthood in a Synodal Church.

The conference will serve as a lead into the Year of of Vocation for Diocesan Priesthood – Take the Risk for Christ – which commences on Good Shepherd Sunday (30th April 2023).  To register for this free conference, please complete the short booking form at the bottom of this page.

We are delighted that Archbishop Rino Fisichella who is the Pro-Prefect of the Vatican Dicastery for Evangelisation has accepted the invitation to address this topic as the keynote speaker.  In addition to Archbishop Fisichella, there will be a panel of expert speakers.

There will be no charge for this conference.  Lunch may be purchased in the adjoining Pugin Hall.  As space will be limited, early booking is essential so that we can ensure that we have sufficient space.
